Terms of Service
2026-11-01
This is a demo built for an entrepreneurship class. This document is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What Baji is
Baji is a health guide for girls and women, with messaging to consultants and a shop. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms.
Not a medical service
Baji does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor. The guide gives general information. Its articles have not yet been reviewed by doctors, and consultant profiles are samples.
In an emergency, don't wait for a reply in the app: call 103 or 112.
Age and parental consent
Anyone can read the guide at any age. If you are under 14, a parent or guardian must give permission before you create an account. If you are under 18, you also need their consent for paid plans and orders.
Your account
You don't have to use your real name. Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Plans and payment
There are Free, Plus (5 ₼ a month) and Pro (14 ₼ a month) plans. In this demo, changing plan asks for no card details and no money is charged.
Shop
In this demo, products are samples: orders are not actually delivered and no money is taken.
Rules
Don't use the service to harass or insult anyone, spread false information or pretend to be someone else. Don't try to arrange a meeting with a consultant or exchange personal contact details. Accounts that break these rules may be closed.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is, for demonstration, and may change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this version.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change, and the new date will appear on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
